The Aspen Ethical Leadership Program is an intensive four-day program for health care leaders focused on developing ethical leadership skills. The program's unique format and curated roster of speakers and attendees provides space to explore the ethical issues of the moment in a caring, collegial, and confidential environment. The case-study format and methodology provide a practical framework for developing skills for ethical awareness, deliberative assessment, and strategic values-driven action.
