Presented by 2011 Scholar Elaine Proulx, "The Busy Person's Guide to Following Through" is your step-by-step guide to transforming your life by transforming your habits around your health and well-being. In this workshop, you'll learn about why it's so important to establish healthy habits for lifelong wellness and why it's so hard to actually do. Then, Elaine will walk you through the process to identify an area of your health and well-being you'd like to improve, set a goal, and walk away with a plan to get started immediately. You will go beyond just diet and exercise and explore all areas of well-being such as mindful awareness, social support, and sleep to holistically support every part of you.
Elaine Proulx received her Health & Well-Being Coach Certification from Duke Integrative Health in 2022 and works with purpose-driven, overwhelmed people seeking harmony between their desire to make an impact in the world and their need to nourish their own body, mind, and soul.
