11 a.m. Meet beyond security near the left-most theatre entrance to enter together
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. TEDxMileHigh Event: Speaker Session 1
1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Intermission, Lunch & Exhibits
3:30 – 5:30 p.m. TEDxMileHigh Event: Speaker Session 2

6 – 8:30 p.m. Dinner Discussion
You’re welcome to come early to view the exhibits ahead of the first speaker session, otherwise, we’ll have time to view the exhibits during the lunch intermission. For those of you who purchased tickets separately but are joining our group for dinner at Earl’s, we have space for you to sit with us in our VIP section! We’ll meet as a group at 11 a.m. at the left-most theatre entrance (beyond security) to enter the theatre together. I’ll be receiving our row and section numbers later this week from TEDx and will pass those along to you as soon as I have them. There will be a couple options for lunch at the venue, so we will decide as a group, or a couple smaller groups, where we want to eat so that staff credit cards can be at each eatery. We’ll then have time to peruse the exhibits at our leisure until 3:30 p.m.. As soon as the TEDxMileHigh: Imagine event ends, we will walk together to Earl’s for a great dinner and discussion lead by TEDx staff.

PARKING
Leave yourself extra time to park! Those of us who attended last year will remember that parking in downtown is tricky. TEDxMileHigh has published these parking locations. There are also many other lots around Denver, including the Denver Pavilions (which is closer to our final destination of Earl’s Restaurant and Bar) and you could take the free 16th St. Mall ride to get closer to the Denver Center for Performing Arts.

The Bellco Theatre is located within the Colorado Convention Center at 700 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202. Travel lightly as possible because we will go through a security search.

It is critical that you download the AXS app now to confirm that you’ve received your ticket!

You MUST have your photo ID ready when you arrive.
We will be meeting promptly at 11 a.m. beyond security near the left-most theatre entrance so that we can enter the theatre together, and be able to eat lunch together. If you are late, you run the risk of having to do lunch on your own, and needing to sit elsewhere in the theatre. Our seats in Section 5, Rows 302 and 303 are close enough to the stage that our section will be on film and it is a sold out event, so ushers have been asked to fill in people around us if our whole group isn’t there right away.
My cell phone is 970.402.0402 in case you have any issues (that I can help solve… I’m not your girl if you’ve got a broken dishwasher, computer problems, or don’t like the weather) between now & when I see you at 11 a.m. tomorrow.
My friend & TEDxMileHigh event emcee, Jeremy, has asked us to let the crowd know how excited we are (with whoops & hollers) when he mentions our Boettcher group.
