Boettcher Scholar Alumni Board members, volunteers, staff, and families are invited to join us for our Holiday Trail of Lights starting at 5:30 p.m. MT on Friday, December 10 at the Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms located at 8500 West Deer Creek Canyon Road, Littleton, CO 80128, before enjoying dinner at 7:15 p.m. MT the Lariat Lodge Brewing Company, 12684 W Indore Place, Littleton, CO 80127. At the Trail of Lights, we'll celebrate the season together with hot cocoa & apple cider as we walk the Trail of Lights to get in the holiday spirit and enjoy some quality time with one another. Current Scholars will join us at the Trail of Lights, before our Alumni Board members head off for dinner/drinks at Lariat Lodge Brewing Company. Be sure to bundle up in holiday sweaters, Santa hats, elf boots, or other festive and warm attire.

For Boettcher Foundation to provide a safe environment for this event, we have several precautions in place. While we respect everyone’s individual decisions, event attendance will require that each attendee either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth and socially distance for the duration of the event. Fully vaccinated means having received the full dosage of shots and the two-week waiting period after the final shot. Booster shots are preferred if you're able. 

All in-person events will be held outdoors with plenty of space to spread out. Beverages will be served by masked catering staff. Plenty of hand sanitizer will be available on site.

We will make the ultimate decision of whether to host an in-person or virtual event format based on individual responses to our registration questions about COVID-19-related considerations and we will adjust plans if necessary based on any changes in case prevalence To protect the health and safety of our Boettcher community, we reserve the right to pivot to a virtual event format if too many attendees are either unvaccinated or choose not to disclose their vaccination status.
