I have a special heart for first time home buyers. Years before I became a Realtor, our landlady said my husband and I had to buy the townhome we were renting or plan to move right away! She said she would help us. Well, without representation in a changing market with sky high interest rates, we had a difficult transaction. Decades later, I became a Realtor to provide representation for home buyers, so they could make informed decisions in the complex process and have someone on their side.
